SimpliSafe is working on a new battery powered video doorbell pictured below. The doorbell, simplied named “Wireless Video Doorbell”, features a remove-able battery that charges via USB. SimpliSafe will offer an optional wired mount for the new doorbell.

SimpliSafe currenly sells the wired-only SimpliSafe Video Doorbell Pro for $169.
